1. Services: Provider agrees to deliver software development services as outlined in Exhibit A, including design, development, testing, and deployment phases.
2. Payment: Client shall pay Provider $150,000 in three installments: 40% upon signing, 30% at milestone completion, and 30% upon final delivery.
